Eligibility
Participation in Arlington’s Apple is open to residents of Nigeria and other eligible countries as specified. Participants must be at least 18 years old.
Registration
Players (Blessings Seekers):
By registering as a player, you agree to abide by all rules and regulations of the game. Players must conduct themselves with respect, cheerfulness, and civility at all times. While players may express disappointment, it must be done in a civil manner that does not disrupt the show or offend others. Players are encouraged to engage respectfully with models and hosts, ask questions about the brands represented, and maintain a positive demeanor throughout their participation.
Models (Noble Emissaries):
By registering as a model, you agree to uphold the same standards of conduct. Models must effectively and articulately present the assigned brand, embodying charm and professionalism. Models are expected to respond to questions courteously and represent the brand with enthusiasm and accuracy.
Audience (Playground Cheerers):
By registering as an audience member, you agree to enthusiastically support the participants. Audience members must refrain from using offensive language, bullying, or engaging in violent behavior towards players, models, hosts, or other audience members. Respect for security protocols and the production crew is mandatory.
Use of Personal Information and Consent
By registering and participating in Arlington’s Apple, you grant Arlington’s Apple and Splendid Entertainment Empire Ltd. permission to collect, use, and disclose your personal information as necessary for the show’s production, promotion, and related activities. This includes but is not limited to images, videos, and personal details across our website, social media platforms, television channels, and promotional materials. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring compliance with GDPR and other applicable data protection regulations. By participating, you consent to this collection and use of information.
Attestation of Emotional Stability and Fitness
All participants must attest that they are emotionally stable and fit to handle the pressures of the show, including potential disappointments and the public nature of the game. This attestation is crucial to ensure a positive and healthy experience for all involved.
Code of Conduct
All participants must maintain a civil and respectful environment throughout their engagement with Arlington’s Apple. This includes refraining from bullying, harassment, offensive language, or any form of violence. Models must be treated with respect and patience, allowing them time to present their brands effectively. Players must be prepared to handle disappointment professionally and respectfully.
Liability and Disclaimers
Arlington’s Apple, Splendid Entertainment Empire Ltd., and the production team are not liable for any physical or emotional harm, failed relationships, or consequences resulting from participation in the show.
- Participants acknowledge and accept responsibility for their reactions and responses post-show.
- Any accidental injuries occurring during participation in Arlington’s Apple to players, models, audience members, or crew are not the responsibility of Arlington’s Apple or Splendid Entertainment Empire Ltd.
- Selection for the show and the receipt of any prizes are not guaranteed and are subject to the discretion of the production team.
Gameplay Specifics
Selection of Royal Prize:
Players choose from five main royal prize offerings: Millions of Cash, Tuition Fee, One Year Food Supply, House Rent Fee, and Luxury Vacation. The selected prize determines what the Arlington’s Apple (the Golden Apple) represents.
Methods of Play:
- Save Arlington’s Apple for Last: The player must reveal the Arlington’s Apple last, with offers from the Negotiator in between moves.
- 2×3 Move: The player has three rounds to find Arlington’s Apple, making two moves in each round, with the Negotiators offering money between rounds.
- 4×5 Move: The player must avoid revealing Arlington’s Apple within four rounds of selecting five branded boxes each, with offers from the Negotiators in between rounds.
Audience Participation
Cheerers Apple of the Day:
Audience members pick a box at the entrance, with 28 boxes containing the secret Cheerers Apple of the Day. At the end of the game, those holding the correct apple win cash prizes.
Cancellation and Changes
Arlington’s Apple reserves the right to cancel or reschedule filming sessions or the entire show in the event of unforeseen circumstances or factors beyond our control. Participants must be prepared to accommodate such changes.
Participation Terms
Availability:
Participants must be available for filming as per the schedule provided by Arlington’s Apple.
Selection: Registration does not guarantee selection for participation in the show. Participants must understand and accept the possibility of not being selected.
Rejection: Participants must be prepared to face rejection of their application or from any aspect of the show.
Intellectual Property
All content, including images, videos, and text on our website, is the property of Arlington’s Apple and Splendid Entertainment Empire Ltd. and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content is strictly prohibited.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria.
Changes to Terms
Arlington’s Apple reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website, and your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
